THE CHILD WITNESSES THE CANADA HOUSE OF COMMONS : EIIR, HEIRS AND SUCCESSORS
CONSECUTIVELY SETTLED SOVEREIGN PEOPLES (CSSP) of TURTLE ISLAND NORTH are determined to ensure that the EIIR CANADA SHIP (ECS) shall come to the RECONCILIATION SETTLEMENT TABLE with a sincere mission to provide respectful resolution to the CSSP STATEMENT OF CLAIM (CSSP-SOC) in the matters of the TWO ROW WAMPUM - PEACE TRUST FRIENDSHIP - GUS WEN TAH COVENANT CHAIN Protocols; namely, that :
(A) All private sector and public domain real estate assets as held under ECS Crown title shall be nationalized; placed into a UN Managed Trust Account; wherein, a Joint ICC / ICJ / IIPC Tribunal shall determine the transfer of such assets into the CSSP (Inuit / Metis / First Nations - on and off reserves) Indigenous Management Trust;
(B) Resolving the Canada - Britain collaboration against Chief Deskaheh / 1923 Haudenosaunee emissary to the League Of Nations carrying the petition for membership; namely, the CSSP and EIIR Canada Ship shall jointly submit to the United Nations membership committee the amended nation state declaration; wherein the territory currently holding UN membership as "Canada" shall henceforth be re-named to a new designation as mutually agreed upon by the two submitting parties, as above; wherein, the CSSP are accorded paramountcy; and, through Two Row Wampum-Gus Wen Tah nation-to-nation negotiations, EIIR Canada Ship is recognized through the original two vessels covenant chain; travelling down the same stream; never interfering with one another's sovereignty; yet, having now structured a mutually agreed upon common statement of founding that shall serve the governance and societal purposes equally of both vessels : CSSP holding the absolute "Crown" right to all natural resources and territories for taxation purposes; and, through this governance agreement; EIIR Canada Ship shall be accorded a right to negotiate governance funding for their vessel.
